1. Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the candle wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent excessive smoking and ensure a clean burn.

6. Wait Before Relighting: Allow the candle to cool and the wax to solidify before relighting. This helps maintain the quality of the wax and prevents excessive smoking.
