Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Velvet & Co. We process and ship orders from Puerto Rico with care so your products arrive in good condition.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after they are received. This includes order verification, preparation, packing and delivery to the postal service or carrier.

Estimated shipping time

Transit time may vary based on location, order volume, season and the selected postal or carrier service.

Puerto Rico: approximately 3 to 4 business days after shipment.

United States: approximately 3 to 4 business days after shipment.

In general, you can expect to receive your order within 10 to 15 days total, including processing and transit time.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies when the subtotal of eligible products reaches the required minimum before IVU, shipping costs and other additional charges. IVU, shipping, additional charges and adjustments do not count toward the minimum. Free shipping may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or active offers.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delays

Delays outside our control may occur due to weather, postal volume, holidays, carrier errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
