Due to the nature of our personal-care products, including soaps, deodorants, lotions, lip balms, shaving products, beard products and other personal-use items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.

Our products are intended for personal use. To protect the hygiene and safety of all customers, we do not accept returns of opened, used or shipped products.

Each product is inspected and carefully packed before shipment. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or an item with a packaging-related issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can review your case.
